Trust me when I say that if you loved the other Darksiders installments than you will definitely love this one just as much if not more. There so much work put into it, and the plot twists combined the massive amount of lore definitely add to the series.. After such a long wait I was so pleased with what the game had to offer, hours of fun. DarkSiflders 4 please. I enjoyed the game. It's a tougher start, as a few hits will easily kill you. I had to resort to Story mode for the first half of the game =(HOWEVER, once you level up, get a few artifacts, it does get a lot easier. I enjoyed it! Would recommend!. its a bit more brutal than the others but still great game. id get om console for better lack of bugs but this is the best port of the tree and they have done some bug fixing.. I remember grabbing the first two games on sale in a bundle not thinking much of it at the time then quickly becoming hooked on the story and the action this series has to offer. I think a lot of the criticism this game receives is attribute to the fact that Fury fights different from Death and War, but nobody seems to remember the amount of changes the series saw between games one and two either. Besides a couple of issues with AI that I encountered, I found this game to be phenomenal and worthy of the name Darksiders. The game is gorgeous, the plot holds up to the other games, the level design invites the player to explore and rewards them for doing so, the ability to switch fighting styles via the Scorn hilt (which could be swapped mid fight without going into menus mind you) made the diversity of fighting feel fresh even if I found myself enjoying some over others, and the sheer satisfaction the player feels when landing a perfect dodge feels great. I would have liked to see more environmental puzzles, and slightly more challenging ones at that, but don't let that stop you from experiencing the next installment in the Darksiders franchise. Here's hoping Darksiders IV can be a bittersweet conclusion to such an epic tale.
